It’s been a while since I “seriously” blogged, but that’s something I’m hoping to change in 2025. With the start of a new year and a new chapter in my author career, I figured that it was time to completely overhaul my website and start anew.

Hello and welcome! My name is Jenna, and if you don’t know me by now from my years as a #Bookstagrammer or from my bookish YouTube Channel, I’m an author and voracious reader of Christian fiction. Historical fiction tends to be my sweet spot, though many have tried to get me to devour a sweet contemporary romance or too. It’s not that I’m opposed, but I prefer being immersed in things of the past. Just look at my house—it’s full of antique or vintage trinkets I’ve picked up. I grew up on things like Little House on the Prairie or Anne of Green Gables, and, well, pretty much nothing’s changed since then.

I started book-blogging in 2018, before eventually finding an audience and publishing my own debut novel in 2021. That little book was called Jerusalem’s Daughter, Generations of Faith Book #1. It’s ANCIENT historical Christian fiction (sometimes referred to as “Biblical fiction,” due to the fact that it takes place during Bible-times). That kicked off a now three-books-plus-one-novella series of novels set during the early church period and the book of Acts. I have loved every moment of this publishing journey ever since, and my mind is always racing with ideas for new books and new series set in both ancient times and beyond. So where did all of my old blog posts go? My book reviews still exist, but I will be in the process of transferring them to my new site, and hopefully continuing to post new content as well. I hope you’ll consider subscribing or re-subscribing. I promise not to annoy; just to share good books!
